Admission Requirements
An applicant must fill in the College Application Form and attach the following documents along with it:
- The applicant’s original copy of the General Education Diploma Certificate (Pass) or equivalent
- The original copy of the General Education Diploma Transcript
- Four recent passport-size photos of the applicant
- Copies of the applicant’s ID card and passport
- A copy of the applicant guardian’s ID card or passport (if applicable)
General Foundation Department (GFD)
Overview
General Foundation Department is in charge of General Foundation Program. The overall objective of Mazoon College General Foundation Program is to provide students with an excellent command of English language (the medium of instruction at the College), relevant mathematical knowledge, and effective foundation computing and general study skills. In GFP, students are grouped into three levels according to their performance in the placement test. Each one of these three levels are for 14 weeks. Courses offered, exemption criteria, placement test details, assessment plan, and grading system specifics are respectively included in the following tables:
